In the past, I have 5-year experience working for global tech companies, designing for diverse user groups and many interesting digital products. I’m data-driven and good at collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Individual Influence

Wrote articles based on weekly design team meeting and communication. Delivered document about Multilingual adaptation, including a collection of 12 methods, principles and examples from real world design work.

Co-owner of the Ctrip Membership Consistency project. Defined the guideline, convinced stakeholders and pushed it to land effectively across 8 related business units based on timeline.

Collaborating with Tsinghua University Press to translate a UX related book: Jobs to be Done. Besides, I have translated short articles which have been published for UXRen online community.

Applied and achieved the design patent for Ctrip food experience main page for our team.

Presented at yearly competition held by Ctrip Design Committee and won the Best Team Cooperation Award.
